July Board Meeting Scheduled

V. B. Glencoe July Board Meeting is scheduled for Monday, July 26, 2021. It will be held at 6 pm in the Elementary Cafeteria. The agenda will be posted 24 hours in advance of the meeting. Click here for the agenda, Board information, and Board documents.
Second Round of P-EBT Benefits
The Louisiana Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) has received federal approval to distribute a second round of P-EBT funds to families of students participating in hybrid or full virtual learning. You do not need to apply for this benefit. Schools will report students who meet the criteria. Then DCFS will distribute benefits to the mailing address provided by the school. Please make sure that we have your correct mailing address.
Update: We are receiving many calls regarding the student ID number. This number is available in the Student Progress Center and on your child's report card. Please see the menu tab labeled "Student Progress Center" for information on how to register for the Student Progress Center. Please call the school office if you are having trouble registering.
Emergency Broadband Benefits
Beginning May 12, 2021
All V. B. Glencoe Families are eligible to apply for the Emergency Broadband Benefit Program which can allow you discounts for broadband service or purchase of technology devices. Applications can be accessed at getemergencybroadband.org or by registering with an approved service provider.
You may be asked for proof that we are a CEP school. You may download and print our 2020-2021 CEP letter here.
